Prices per room per night
* The above prices do not apply for the following periods: 23 April – 3 May, 29 October – 3 November and Christmas holidays. The above rates are quoted inclusive of continental breakfast, daily cleaning, linen for bed and bath (changed twice a week or when necessary), use of the swimming pool, use of the bicycles (on request) and use of the garden with barbecue facility.

- Prices are per room or per apartment per night.
- Extra costs for breakfast for apartment guests: € 9,50 per person. You can book it directly with us even for one day only.
- Half board: € 23,00 per person, wines excluded. Half board has to be booked for the entire duration of your stay and is subject to our cancellation policy.
- Cancellation policy: cancellation is free of charge provided you cancel the reservation at least 6 days prior to arrival day.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or less prior to arrival day and no shows result in full penalty.
- When you hire the Casale exclusively breakfast is included for all the guests and we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount.

It’s not allowed to cook in the kitchens of the apartments for the group when you hire the Casale exclusively.
Casale di Brolio also owns a wine shop with typical Tuscan and Umbrian specialities where guests can buy products and wines selected from small farms and wineries.
