Prices 2012

EXCEPT SPRING HOLIDAYS.

Rates are per night per room / apartment.

The Standard Rate includes:

• For the rooms: breakfast, daily cleaning with change of linen where necessary.
• For the apartments: weekly linen change, final cleaning with the exclusion of the kitchen for which we kindly ask our guests to leave the kitchen the way it was found on arrival.

The Plus Rate includes, on top of the services of the Standard Rate:

• For the apartments: daily cleaning with change of linen where necessary.
• For rooms and apartments: free bike rental, free Internet access throughout the Casale, welcome basket with local products, 5% discount at the restaurant, use of the pool up to 16:00 on the day of departure.The reservation of the entire Casale di Brolio explicitly excludes the preparation of meals for all guests in one of the kitchens of the apartments. 

Extra cost for breakfast for apartment guests:  € 9,50 per person per day. You can book it directly with us even for a single day.

Rates on request for the preparation of dinners and lunches.

In the period 23/6 - 31/8 the apartments are only bookable for a minimum of three nights.

In the period 23/6 - 31/8  it is possible to book Half Board for the entire stay at € 27,00 per person per day, drinks excluded, non-discountable.  

For the reservation the general reservation and cancellation policy applies.

Discounts:

• Long Stay Discount: For a minimum stay of 7 nights: 5% discount.
• Early Booking Discount (non refundable): optional discount for all bookings made at least 30 days before arrival date and which are charged to the credit card immediately after booking: 8% discount.
