Reservation and cancellation policy

RESERVATIONS

The reservation is confirmed only after notification by e-mail from Casale di Brolio.

To make a reservation, it is preferable to provide credit card details. These data are stored with the utmost care on a secure server and used solely to guarantee the reservation according to the reservation and cancellation policy.

Alternatively, a non-refundable transfer of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer within 15 days before arrival.  For reservations made this way the following conditions do not apply.

The reservation of the entire Casale di Brolio needs to be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 15% and must be guaranteed by credit card.

            
DISCOUNTS

• Early Booking Discount (non refundable): for bookings made at least 30 days before arrival date and which are charged to the credit card directly after booking: 8% discount.
• Long Stay Discount: for a minimum stay of 7 nights: 5% discount.

 

CANCELLATIONS

1) FOR THE ROOMS:

You may cancel without charge up to: 

• 7 days before arrival in case of reservations up to 3 nights
• 15 days before arrival in case of reservations of more than 3 nights

In case of following cancellations the credit card shall be charged:

• for the amount of the first night in case of cancellations within 7 days before arrival for reservations up to 3 nights
• for the entire amount in case of cancellations within 15 days before arrival for reservations of more than 3 nights                                                                             

2) FOR THE APARTMENTS (IL LAGO AND LA MANSARDA):

• You may cancel without charge up to 30 days before arrival
• In case of cancellations within 30 days before arrival the entire amount will be charged on the credit card

3) FOR THE ENTIRE CASALE DI BROLIO:

• You may cancel without charge up to 60 days before arrival (excluding the deposit which is non-refundable)
• In case of cancellations within 60 days before arrival the entire amount will be charged on the credit card

4) FOR THE EARLY BOOKING (NON-REFUNDABLE):

• It is not allowed to modify or cancel the reservation of the room booked at least 30 days in advance with 8% discount (Early Booking). The entire amount will be charged on your credit card 20 days before arrival and is non-refundable. 

 

Anticipated departures will be charged in full for all reservations.

In case of no show without notice, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
